Training takes about a week. These are contractor positions and is a UNIT PAYING JOB. You have the potential to make up to $2,500.00 per week, this is dependent on how hard you work
Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED • Highly motivated • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously• Technical knowledge such as computer skills is a plus• Must have a current, valid, driver’s license• Active current Liability Insurance• Must be detailed oriented• Must be a team player• Must have a smartphone to complete your jobs.
Other Requirements
I am looking for contractors to do bore/trench work. I am hiring crews or companies willing to work in Indiana, I need crews that will work 6 days a week including weekends. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRUCK WITH VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND MISC HAND TOOLS WE WILL PROVIDE THE TRENCHING EQUIPMENT. OUR COMPANY IS WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
Job Description
• Provide the customer experience with the best service and promote a good relationship between the customer and company. Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating about the company’s products and services to the customer
• Verify all locate marks are completed before any task to be performed, identify and survey what is in the path of drop before bury. Communicate with homeowner(s) what is a public utility and what is a private utility that a customer would need to identify.
• To install new service drops, replace existing drops
• Hand Burial or machine trenching
• Complete sidewalk and driveway bores, to include use of boring attachment
• Re-connection of existing underground drop from tap to ground block
• Repair, replace, or re-route drops.
• Permanent underground drop replacement
• Any and all follow up work needing to be performed needs reported to manager
• Works closely with the Dispatch and Project Managers for assignment of work load
• Record pictures and or videos of each job for quality.
• Operate vehicle, drop bury machine, hand tools, power tools, ladders, signal level meters, volt meters, converters, cable locators, leakage detection devices, other test equipment
• Maintains a clean and organized company vehicle/ drop bury equipment.
• Assists other Team personnel in the performance of their duties when requested to promote a Team approach to problem solving environment.
• Clearing and reporting your completed jobs throughout the day through out provided live program with your smartphone.
