Job Description
Daily on-site inspections of MDU construction. Provide daily as-builts and vendor quality reports for projects and notating pass or fail inspections. Determine corrective actions for vendor inconsistencies and track completion dates of project. Review vendor work practices on site and insure all PPE is being worn. Monitor and check project materials ensuring correct materials are utilized and installed properly. Notify client for any issues with construction accuracy and delayed construction. Good computer skills a must.
