Job Description:
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring field technicians in all facets of installations and job performance. Field supervisors must possess superior integrity and dynamic leadership skills to develop technicians into a role that is successful both personally and professionally. Field supervisors will play an integral role in continued business growth and business partner relationships. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of Tri Wire policies and procedures, operational standards, and business partner expertise. This position demands high accountability, critical thinking, active listening, and communication skills in various mediums.


Essential Functions:
• Ownership of all key performance indicators, or KPI’s, including but not limited to: trouble calls for new installs, customer satisfaction surveys, missed/late appointments, completions, productivity, quality control rates, disconnects in error, auditing h/p and conversion rates for all personnel to support best in class customer service and achieve new subscriber targets

• Manage key components of workflow, review and problem solve, achieve goals set to maximize the effectiveness of the outsourced partners by preparing and accounting for activities which impact customers

• Ensure all field personnel are properly trained in all products, methods, and procedures as it relates to fieldwork

• Ensure all field personnel are complying with company policies and procedures

• Ensure all field personnel are safely operating vehicles according to company and DMV standards as applicable by law

• Monitor and correct any safety issues/concerns with all field personnel

• Gather business critical and customer impacting information

• Demonstrate dynamic leadership skills working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining a high level of employee and customer satisfaction


Additional Responsibilities:
• Operate company-provided vehicles according to traffic laws and DMV standards

• Keep company provided vehicle clean, neat, and operational

• Communicate with management, supervisors, technicians, and dispatch across various mediums

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational skills

• Proven communication skills using a variety of mediums


Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:
• Ability to carry, maneuver, and climb an eighty-pound, twenty-eight-foot extension ladder

• Work with hand and power tools

• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

• Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers

• Accurately complete essential paperwork

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail

• Strong time management

• Strong work ethic relating to quality and attendance

• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, management, and business partners.

• Ability to use a personal computer and various software applications including Microsoft
Office

• Ability to work in a stationary position and/or standing for extended periods of time

• Ability to coach, train, and lead employees to meet department and business goals


Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent


Experience and Background:
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of work experience

• Clean driving record

• Willing to undergo pre-employment background screening in accordance with state/federal regulations

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required

• Excellent organization and time management skills
