Job Description

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and thrive on day to day operational pressure with both excellent managerial expertise
and sound people skills
• Ensures compliance and documentation of all applicable safety requirements
• Oversees the Construction Coordinators in providing direction and oversight for contractors at the worksite
• Oversight of costs including scope, budgets and scheduling from kick-off through commissioning and final acceptance by customers
• Analyzes customer and operational needs
• Oversight of material warehousing and materials
• Responsible for project job cost, maintenance and manpower scheduling
• Tracks, compiles and organizes data related to generating costs, budgets and schedules
• Oversees supervisor(s) in the development and implementation of standardized project documentation and directives for the
• Identifies new process improvements and technical changes that address customer communication needs
• Responsible for timely completion of project completion reports identifying project lessons learned, project cost variances and causes,
project schedule variances and causes, project performance accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Project, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations
