Must be able to pass a UA. Must be available to travel out of town with crews weekly. Must be available for rotating on call schedule. Must be dependable. Must be open to long hours (OT pay). Must be available for year-round employment.
Job Description
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, perform all duties asked to by the VP of Construction and Construction Operations Administrator pertaining to the production of aerial and underground plant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties assigned
Perform heavy manual labor, able to lift 70lbs on occasion
Must have the ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to think ahead and use independent judgment
Ability to work with newer crew members to help train with direction from senior crew members and Foreman
Travel out of the area and out of the state at times for extended times
Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics by crawling, bending, reaching, twisting
Complete required training related to job duties as outlined by OSHA, DOT, and other applicable training provided by Hunter Communications
Inter-relationships:
Works directly with department managers and crew. Works directly with VP of Construction, Construction Operations Administrator, and office personnel for training, maintenance of records, and safety/ compliance related items.
