Pay
$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr for a groundman, $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr for a lineman, $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr for a crew foreman. Pay rate will be decided after an application is reviewed and interview.
Qualifications
All applicants must have a clean background, pass a drug test, and have a valid GA driver's license. 1-2 years experience as a groundman, 2-3 years experience as a lineman, and 3-4 years experience as a crew foreman. Safety has to be #1 priority for everyone. Being punctual, dependable, and gets the job done no matter the weather as we have to handle all emergency situations for our customer.
Other Requirements
A dependable vehicle to get you to and from work is necessary. We will provide everything needed to get the job done once you get to work.
Job Description
Our crew members are responsible for placing strand and all associated hardware, lashing coax and fiber cable, and being willing and able to work after normal working hours. There are very few weeks when our aerial crews don't get a minimum of 50 hours. We are responsible for all emergency situations, "teardowns", and they occur 3-4 times/week.
