Must be able to pickup equipment for job, install equipment per manufacturer instructions, if assistance is needed, must be able to call manufacturer's support and receive instructions and execute instructions to install .... if does not work , call back and try again. Once job is installed, must be able to send signals receive approval number, obtain customer sign off for completion .. Ability to communicate with project manager and customer is key!!
Other Requirements
Able to obtain any and all tools needed for installation. 2 to 3 man crews work best. 1 foreman , 1 to 2 helpers. Able to accept multiple jobs and make progress on all. Liability Insurance is required. Must have a dependable means of transportation that is ongoing if one vehicle or multiple vehicles breakdown. Once job is accepted by installer, It is Installer's responsibility to complete on time.
Job Description
Installation of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary Alarm systems.
Able to provide quotes for your work if needed.
All jobs are commercial installations. No residential.
Network knowledge and wiring theory is required.
Must be able to read and understand instruction, Read and understand technical drawings, make changes as necessary per site and must be able to daily communicate by email ACCURATELY each job's status to customer and project manger ...

Once job installed, must be able to execute scope of work including : send signals and receive approval number, obtain customer sign off for completion .. Ability to communicate with project manager and customer is key!!
jobs to be considered are emailed to foreman including scope of work, drawing(s) , and requested start date(s). Multiple trips may be required to sites due to construction progress.
liability insurance is required in case of damage at customer's site or job parts or material reported lost once confirmed picked up.
THIS IS CONTRACT WORK. Job sites must be kept clean of installation debris and trash and free of hazards during installation.
Installer is paid once customer pays us for successful job completion per the sub agreement.. if your business cannot operate in this way, please do not apply.
Travel is on you , lodging is on you unless... specified on individual job consideration that per diem is included. Usually , it is not, so don't expect it.
Paid for job once customer pays me for successful job completion and customer acceptance of job per the sub contractor agreement.
