Qualifications
Must have U/G experience in directional drilling from A-Z. Must have experience working in the city and with hard surfaces... This includes having a vacuum, concrete saws, compressor, jack hammer, etc. Also you must have all signs for traffic control, or be willing to pay for it, this is very important.
Other Requirements
You will work under our license, but you will need your insurance and all necessary equipment including; Drills, locators, vacs, mini X, dump truck, safety equipment, compaction equipment, traffic control, etc.
Job Description
We have 5-10 years of Verizon work in San Jose. Most jobs we are pulling 2 or 3 x 2". Adder price for each additional pipe.
We have a quick on-boarding process that will get you drilling in just a matter of days! We are sitting on thousands of feet that is ready for you to show up and get a quick start drilling. This is all CITY WORK, so crews must be CLEAN and EFFICIENT. The pay is great, because this ain't your Idaho corn fields! It will take work, but it is well worth it.
ALL hardscape, lots of pot holing and concrete cutting. Must be familiar with working within city limits. Spoils must be removed immediately, traffic control set up perfectly, storm drains covered, everything covered and cleaned up by end of the work day.
The ground is soft and not a problem. Your work will be all in the preparation, potholing, saw cutting, cleaning. You need ALL necessary equipment, can't skimp on the proper tools. If you can do FINAL restoration, we have LOTS of work for that as well.
