Job Description
NEPA Media Experts, LLC is now hiring contractors for Satellite Installation in Northeast and Central Pennsylvania!
Responsibilities:
Perform quality satellite installations for up to four rooms; installations must pass on-site activation and photo-audits
Complete service calls for technical escalations, including troubleshooting and fixing issues with satellite systems
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and manage any after-installation problems, while also maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude towards the customer at all times
Required Qualifications:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good work-ethic
Reliable truck, van, or SUV
Must be able to provide all tools required to complete on-site work (including but not limited to: 28-ft. ladder, drill, necessary hand-tools); tools can be purchased from NEPA Media Experts, if necessary
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Valid drivers license
Valid auto insurance
Valid US Work Authorization
Willing to take a drug screening and undergo a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in satellite installation, cable installation, electrical and/or any other related field
Additional Information:
Experienced applicants are encouraged to apply, however we will provide training to the right candidates for this position.
Masks, gloves, and boot covers will be provided to all contractors, which must be worn when entering customers' properties
As an essential worker during the COVID pandemic, all contractors will be required to participate in periodic COVID testing, at no cost to the contractor. Negative test results must be provided to NEPA Media Experts upon receipt.
