Qualifications
The crews and crew members we need must have 3 years experience placing strand, lashing coax cable, lashing fiber, and completing pole transfers. Our customer requires everyone to pass a background check. A valid driver's license is required as well.
Other Requirements
All vehicles, tools, and equipment must be in good shape both mechanically and cosmetically. We'll provide a bucket truck if necessary.
Job Description
Our subcontracting partners will be given two weeks of work and when those projects are complete another 3 weeks of work will be assigned to them. Placing strand and all associated hardware, lashing coax cable, lashing fiber, and pole transfers are included in the work. Each crew must have a "tailgate safety meeting" daily and safety must be everyone's priority on a daily basis.
