Job Description:
Work is plentiful and ongoing.
Willing to travel and be on call, self-motivated, team player, and hard working. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Need subs for different locations: Bryan, Conroe, East Texas, and Dallas.
** Subs must have their own vehicles and tools.

Responsibilities:
• Experienced Aerial crews capable of Fiber and Coax MX
• New Builds
• Long Haul Placement
• Pole Transfer and associated work
• All crews must be ready to work with safety equipment, tools, and truck.
• On-time paperwork, COI
• Splice coax is a plus

In-House Aerial Construction Telecom Lineman (experience necessary)
Job Description:
Aerial Construction Telecom Lineman candidate (Experience necessary) must have knowledge of established aerial cable and fiber optic installation procedures and techniques including the placement anchors, familiarity with a wide variety of tools and equipment, ability to read and understand prints/maps, safety rules, and operating instructions.
There are 4 open positions and we need a Lineman for each office location: Bryan, Conroe, East Texas and Dallas.
** Vehicle and tools will be provided.
Responsibilities:
• Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable
• Safely use hand tools and equipment such as; wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks, and more.
• Operate aerial bucket to perform work duties
• Operate construction equipment
• Be comfortable with climbing utility poles
• Safety oriented: able to set work zones up properly, use PPE, follow safe work practices, policies and procedures set for by our company
• Keep a detailed record of work activity
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of aerial lineman, telecommunications experience necessary
• Properly climb poles with the ability to safely use ladders
• Proficient in new build, coax & fiber installation and pole transfers
• Operate construction equipment and machinery
• Interpret engineering work plans
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to carry 75-80 lbs., to include an extension ladder.
• Must be able to work at heights of 20+’ feet
• Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb and lift throughout work shift
• Work mandatory overtime as required
• Proficient in the installation of Fiber and Coax Cable
• Ability to splice coax as well as safely operate a digger derrick
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
