Job Description
Comm-Link Services is searching for Cable Installers in Nahsville, TN. We are looking for candidates with telecommunications or installation experience but we are willing to train on specifics if applicant has no experience. We are a national provider of low voltage and network services. Pay is always on time every week and the work is constant. Several Techs needed for permanent placement. This is a 1099 position.
Techs will need to have a white truck or comparable utility vehicle, ladders, and all required tools.
We will provide whatever a tech needs and payroll deduct the cost. Start asap. following a drug screen and background check. Only serious need apply. This is your chance to start fresh in nashville with a company not driven by political BS. Family owned and Tech driven.
Cable Technician Qualifications:
Carry, climb, and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder.
Work with hand and power tools.
Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Complete a quality installation every time.
Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to our customers
Accurately complete essential paperwork.
Have a strong work ethic relating to quality and attendance.
Cable Technician Responsibilities:
Installing and/or repairing cable TV and High Speed Data or Digital Services inside and outside of residential and commercial customers.
Performs upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and dwelling installations.
Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals and other cable system devices.
Measuring, recording and determining cable signals
Troubleshooting problems.
Maintaining, securing and accounting for equipment inventories.
Preparing regular, accurate, legible and timely cable system records.
And of course working weekends and holidays as needed by our clients.
