Job Description
We are a small and honest company that is growing at a faster rate every day. We are now looking to expand into doing our own fiber splicing and are in need of someone with the experience and know how to build a fiber splicing division in our company. This is a great opportunity for anyone stuck at their current job that wants to continue to grow but is being held back by their current employer. Also this person must know how to climb and have some experience doing aerial construction.
This job pays hourly with benefits. Must have a valid license, pass a dot physical, zero felonies and Must be available for on-call/emergency work . We do not do any travel work, everyone goes home everyday and everyone gets paid every week. We take great pride in our work so no hacks need apply. Hack work and cutting corners will not be acceptable at all to be up front and honest. We have a very family oriented work place atmosphere where we take care of our own which is hard to come by these days, to us anyone working with us is not just a number.
Whoever gets the job will be able to order any tools or equipment necessary to get the job done and we will also hire more crew members for this division when asked. All work is located in Rochester NY and we plan on expanding into Buffalo NY towards the end of summer.
