ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Full Installation for Cable/Digital TV, High Speed Internet and Phone services.
Other Requirements
Must have Commercial Insurance, Workman's Comp Insurance, as well as General Liability Insurance. All Technicians must pass both background and drug screening.
Job Description
Must be able to deliver quality installations of all services, mentioned above and meet all QC specifications. Will be required to meet time frames given and provide great customer service. Must be able to troubleshoot all services, and have great communication skills. Perform Fiber to the home installs, for Internet, TV and phone service. Technicians will install any single or combination of services requested by customer and verify services within standard. Technicians will review services with customer and educate customer on functionality and troubleshooting steps of service to customer satisfaction, as well as MSO standards. Technicians will maintain professional appearance of themselves and vehicle while providing a superior customer experience and satisfaction. Technicians will provide safe and clean install while using due regard for customer and surrounding properties.
