Ownership must have 2-4 years of senior level field fulfillment experience and management. Must have working knowledge of the Cablevision/Altice systems. Must be able to qualify and pass background and drug testing requirements,and have proper meters to meet Altice specs
Other Requirements
Must have safety and cable signal experience to train new candidates. Must be proficient with MS Office, Work Force, and cable data program. Need to be accountable, reliable, responsible, and organized.
Job Description
We are looking to add a quality crew to our staff in our West Virginia operation. We are a fulfillment company handling commercial and residential installation work. This is a multi function position to also include managing your own warehouse. We will need you to pick up equipment once a week, and train new hire candidates for proper safety, installation, and driving procedures. We will also look for you int this position to go out into the field to deal with escalations, maintain a quality control program, and help with any situations that the manager may need handled in the field dealing with your technicians. We will look for this candidate to be accountable for the hie crew and their day to day needs.
We need someone that is a motivator and can handle leading and giving direction to technicians on a day to day basis. You must be a people person that is professional and respectful. The ideal candidate is a person that is able to put themselves in the other persons shoes and try to find perspective when dealing with technicians and customers we interact with on a daily basis.
