Previous Communications Underground Construction Experience preferred but not required. CDL is a plus

Job Description
Drives and/or operates diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck)
Property or worksite restoration
Performs general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs, etc.) under direction of Foreman or Supervisor
Performs other duties as necessary
Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
Qualifications:
Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years minimum experience within the Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities including the demonstrated ability to successfully locate existing cable, Cable/Pole placement, and excavation preferred.
Ability to withstand outdoor environment during all times of the year
Valid Driver’s License preferred, CDL a plus.
