Must have safety and cable signal experience to train new candidates. Must be proficient with MS Office and cable data program. Need to be accountable, reliable, responsible, and organized.
Job Description
We are looking to add a quality supervisor to our management staff in our Long Island NY operation. We are a fulfillment company handling commercial and residential installation work. This is a multi function position to include working in our warehouse part time in am.. We will also need a driver to drive a 26 box truck thru the city to pick up equipment once a week, and train new hire candidates for proper safety, installation, and driving procedures. We will also look to this position to go out into the field to deal with escalations, maintain a quality control program, and help with any situations that the manager may need handled in the field. We will look for this candidate to assist part time with fleet management, ordering tools and equipment, basically some of the smaller needs of the location that are limited but important.
We need someone that is a motivator and can handle leading and giving direction to technicians on a day to day basis. You must be a people person that is professional and respectful. The ideal candidate is a person that is able to put themselves in the other persons shoes and try to find perspective with dealing with employees and contractors we interact with on a daily basis.
