Operators $40.50 Hourly Rate + $27.40 Benefit = $63.00, Laborers $ 36.00 + $27.04 = $63.00.
Qualifications
Operators must have experience in underground utility construction and digging around live/existing utilities. Must have a CDL License or be willing to obtain one if requested. Laborers must have experience in underground utility construction.
Other Requirements
Must be willing to join the IBEW Linemen Union 1249. Must have 0SHA10 or be willing to obtain if requested. Must be able to pass a drug test if asked.
Job Description
Work will be located along the New York State Thruway Right Of Way. Must be willing to travel within New York State. Hotel cost and Per Diem will be paid by the Contractor. Operators must be proficient in operating excavators/mini excavators. Laborers must be proficient in installing innerduct, handholes, fiber optic cable, tracer wire.
