Job Description

We currently have about 70 to 140 miles of aerial construction in each of the 3 regions listed above. This construction is a combination of tying into existing facilities/stranded plant and new strand and fiber. We prefer turnkey labor that can splice the fiber they place. We also have 108 miles of underground construction in KY and OH. Much is drill work but there is plow and trench work as well as hardscape construction. Most of the UG construction is placement of one or two 1.25 in or 2" conduit(s). If you can pull/blow your own fiber this is a plus but not a necessity. Most placement of conduit is being done with 36 inches of cover and vaults/hand holes are being placed every 1200 feet or so. Materials will be provided and clean work is expected. Much of the work is in ROW and alongside roads. Very little is subdivisions. The Underground construction is mainly backbone/business. The Aerial work is a combination of neighborhoods and backbone work. Quality Control and Managers are overseeing these builds
