Qualifications
Must have at least a JT9 or 16X20 size drill, and a plow like a SPX25 or equivelent. Please have COI, references, and be able to obtain a business license in the city jurisdiction you will be working.

This will be a fast paced, intense build. So EXPERIENCE, patience, adaptability, and an eye for what others can't see is essential.
Job Description
Work is in residential areas so quick and light machines are a must. Work will be using 1.25" conduit and microduct, pulling fiber, setting handholes. Not FTTH.
Our customer is extremely concerned with quality, accuracy, and speed. And so are we. Guidelines and daily/weekly footage requirements will be strictly adhered to, and there will be no tolerance for shoddy workmanship. You perform work that will not pass QC, we have to ask you to leave the job.
Your crews must have excellent communication skills, look presentable and be able to interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, and be able so solve problems quickly or communicate a problem to us quickly for resolution.
