Job Description
We are looking for Operators and Locators for directional drilling equipment, experienced in safely drilling and pulling pipe to work in the southeast region. Successful candidates must be able to communicate effectively, have prior work experience with a directional drilling operation, and have knowledge of underground utilities. We are currently using Vermeer 24x40 drills and DCI locating equipment.
Requirements include the following:
Valid driver/operator license.
• Class A CDL license and valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Occasional region travel.•

Main Responsibilities:
• Safely and effectively operate all directional drill equipment.
• Identify potential problems; develop and implement solutions.
• Enforce Company policies and standard work procedures.
• Ensure compliance to safety rules and regulations for the safety of the crew and public.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems.
• Interact with customers to explain the work procedures necessary at the worksite/residence.
• Complete project paperwork as required
Experience:
• Directional Drilling: 1 year (Preferred)
License:
• Driver's License (Required)
• Class A CDL preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
