Job Description
Utilities One Inc is looking for qualified aerial and underground construction crews in the Tampa, FL area. If you are the principle of a contract company interested in telecom construction in this region, we may have an opportunity for you.
Project Description: Installation of aerial and underground telecommunications fiber and coax plant, fiber and coax splicing, boring, trenching, pedestal and vault placement.
Soil conditions: mostly sandy with coral
Equipment Required: General purpose and placer buckets trucks, ladder / hooks for aerial work. UG crews may range from pneumatic missile, hand digging tools, trenchers, and HDD drills. HDD drills will primarily need to be midsized and placed in ROW. Some smaller drills capable of fitting in more congested areas will be needed as well as larger drills for DOT crossings and other longer shots. Fiber trailers, reel trailers, skid steers, dump trailers, flatbed trailers, fiber splicers, coax splicing equipment and any other needed equipment to fulfill the scope of work
Crews Required: Underground and aerial fiber and coax installers, fiber and coax splicers.
