Immediately, upon agreement. We could put you to work as soon as next week.
Pay
Weekly per diem. Price sheets can be sent to serious candidates. Initial pay is 2 weeks from invoice.
Qualifications
WE ARE NOT SUBCONTRACTING AT THIS TIME. WE ARE ONLY HIRING OUT (1099 CONTRACTORS) Previous Aerial Construction Required. Valid Drivers lisence. Every crew MUST have at least ONE CDL lisenced driver.
Other Requirements
Must have own hand tools (with respect to your position) Some hand tools may be provided, this can be discussed.
Job Description
We are not subcontracting at this time. We are only looking to bring on 1099 contractor's
****Looking to hire ANY combination of the following
LINEMAN
GROUNDHANDS
FULL CREWS
CREWS WITH TRUCKS
WE HAVE TRUCKS FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT
****THIS IS A LONG TERM BUILD, PAY IS WEEKLY AND WORK IS CONSTANT, WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE HERE FOR THE LONG HAUL***
Foreman/lineman-Must be able to complete all aspects of aerial construction including but not limited to placement of anchors, strand, accurate as-built, fiber, (we work with fibers ranging from 12ct to 864 unjacketed) Experience working with coax is nessecary as we do get the occasional coax run, but not often.Must be able to pull fiber through existing conduit. Troubleshoot issues as they arise in the field. Think on your feet and manage your crew. Must be willing to do emergency on call work. Must be able to read and follow maps effieiently. You must be able to keep your paperwork in a neat and organized manner to be turned over to companys project manager upon reqest.
Groundhands-Must be experienced in all aspects (ground) of aerial construction, able to keep a cool head, and anticipate the needs of your lineman. Groundhand must be able to keep the trucks cleaned inside and out. Keep the trucks stocked and ready for each day when it begins. Groundhands are responsible for (light) maintenence of the trucks (i.e. checking/topping off fluids)
