Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities :
The OSP Project Coordinator is responsible to coordinate operational activities related to Asbuilt prints, invoicing, and project offers for OSP construction according to customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collect information from Asbuilt Prints and collate into sub-total and total units
Gather information from the field PC’s and assemble into client defined back up methodology
Receive field Asbuilt drawings and transfer the information to a DWF file using the mark up tools in that program
Verify task unit quantities (Rake Off) from client prints and field Asbuilt drawings to ensure accuracy in invoices
Prepare and submit timely and accurate invoices into the client’s proprietary access portal
Utilize the client access portal to research project offers using task defined parameters to identify project bid opportunities, record those opportunities, and disseminate the print and work request sheets to field personnel for walk out and pricing
Perform initial rake off of tasks on bid opportunities for pricing of each task
Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. plus 1-3 years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
Experience in OSP construction methods
Familiar with OSP Telecommunication Design Prints
Working Knowledge of invoicing principles preferred, but not required
Technical Skills:
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Microsoft Outlook
Basic understanding of Auto CAD or DWF Mark Up Tool
Basic math skills
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
