An Aerial Construction Mgr will plan and oversee field labor activites in all phases of construction. It is thier responibility to make sure that projects are completed on schedule and in a way that is safe and follow state,federal and local agency requirements. Must be able to travel. Be able to pass a Company background check,Drug testing, and have a safe driving record.
Job Description
Must be able to oversee and participate in all phases of Aerial Construction. i.e. Fiber, Coax, Pole Transfers. Build and maintain Fiber and Coax for CATV and Phone.
Strong Fiber background experience managing crews and coordinating multi-site Aerial construction projects. An Aerial Construction Manager will plan and oversee field labor activities in all phases of construction. It is their responsibility to make sure that projects are completed on schedule and in a way that is safe and follows federal, state and local agency regulatory requirements
The position requires a good working knowledge of all aspects of telecommunications construction including - make-ready, strand placement, cable placement both bare strand and overlash. Experience with aerial lift devices, utility lines and poles, and the functionality of each.Ensure accuracy of work orders and work being performed.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communication skills communication with customers, vendors, employees, and public agencies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office programs. Responsible for paper work for invoicing and as built maps, reporting of payroll, track and report daily production of crews. Must be able to travel. A company vehicle, gas card, cell phone and credit card provided. Salary is based on experience. Company offers Paid Holidays and Vacation & Personal days.
