Qualifications
Must be competent in: Telecom aerial construction; pole climbing, fiber/coax construction, lashing, overlash, DE/RE, coax drops repair, ladder work, tree trimming, bucket truck operations, Coax splicing and activation knowledge a plus, valid driver's license.
Job Description
Work safely with or without supervision; work standing at shoulder height and overhead for extended periods; operate and maintain equipment, including but not limited to an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand tools and understand the functioning thereof; work aloft either from a ladder, aerial lift device, or gaffing, often lifting weights of 50-75 lbs. Maintain and compete aerial construction projects. Lead crewman must manage and train lower crewmen. Work in urban environment with great people skills.
