Job Description
Advantenon is a leading Fixed Wireless Internet service provider and satellite service installation company and is currently looking for Installation Professionals to add to our growing team within your coverage area. Qualifications for this position include excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times with experience installing cable tv, fiber optics, Hughes, Dish Network or Directv for residences. We will train interested candidates. This is a contract position that gets paid by the completed job.
Job Description: Install, upgrade and repair HughesNet satellite products. Responsible for completed work orders, Quality Assurance required digital pictures and proper signatures for accurate billing. Ensure all installation/repair work is completed according to company quality standards. Must do neat/clean work! Communication with dispatch as per company policies. All Work 100% Quality Checked. Must have excellent communication/customer service skills.
Installing/maintaining Hughes Satellite Internet systems. Install mount, ground, cabling, and modem to customer's single computer. All jobs must be installed to Advantenon, Hughes and NEC specs. Some WiFi networking required. You must be able to log in using a smartphone to open and close jobs. Pictures must be taken of every job and sent in daily. Must be punctual and able to keep assigned schedule daily.
Job Requirements:
Contractor must have a vehicle that can carry a ladder.
Must be able to pass drug and background check
Contractor Needs to have all the tools required for job, Impact Drill Ladder ect.
Lifting requirement of 75 Lbs
Work takes place year round must be able to work outside in the winter
Contractor must have a smartphone to use Hughes App.
