We are seeking In-Home Solutions Technician Relative experience includes cable tech, security, fire & alarm tech, home theater installers, cell phone repairs, Maintenance, etc.
Other Requirements
Must have Truck/Van/SUV. Pass a Drug test and background is required
Job Description
1. Plans installations by evaluating location, locating line of sight, laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
2. Establishes satellite system by installing dish and receivers, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment, adhering to codes, regulations and standards.
3. Verifies system by testing equipment and connections; identifying and correcting problems.
4. Activate the customer's service and incorporate customers existing equipment.
5. Repairs service by listening to customer's description of problems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems by replacing and/or upgrading components.
6. Communicate with the customer and ensure that the customer thoroughly understands how to work the system.
7.Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings
