66/12 for residential fullfillment, 70/15 for commercial, 80/15 for self-referred installs (plus 250 for referrals) 4 to 5 installs daily through fulfillment. All custom work paid to tech even when CX can't pay. Full time year round work
Qualifications
DirecTV installation experience required. Must be able to pass a background check

Basic requirements:
High level of organizational skills
Must be able to install 4 DirecTV residential installs daily up to QA code
Must be comfortable installing commercial accounts when needed
Clean drug screen and Background (No felonies, DWI's, theft or domestic violence convictions)
Truck/Van/SUV capable of carrying tools and satellite equipment
Basic hand tools, drill, ladder
Valid driver's license
Effective communication and customer service skills
High technical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities
