Qualifications
Good work ethic, communication skills and positive attitude. Able to work in fast paced environment safely without supervision. Ability to operate equipment: directional drills/locating systems/trencher/backhoe/excavators is a plus. Must be knowledgeable with all safety procedures and apply them at all times. Work outside in all types of weather.
Job Description
Seeking individuals with the ability to Locate/Operate, trench, place duct, pull cable, and direct bury main-line and drops. Locate & verify all utilities before construction. Maintain and/or repair our customer's telecommunications facilities. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with Horizontal Directional Drills, ability to use cable placement equipment and tools; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems. Individuals must be able to read prints and have knowledge of the underground process. Bilingual a plus.
Also, looking for a good foreman with the ability to manage crews, speak with city inspectors, complete work efficiently and, with extensive knowledge of safety measures.
