Job Description
The current position we are actively looking to fill is PULLING CREW LEADER. It is important to us that we find someone who is a leader and able to work well with others. As crew leader, we expect our employee to confidently direct their team while motivating them to efficiently and safely complete projects.
Responsibilities for a Pulling Crew Leader:
Read and understand prints and maps; track progress on projects
Ability to pull and maneuver trailers of various lengths and weights
Operate pulling trailers and various tools
Enter handhole and manhole vaults
Proofing conduits with air compressors and rodders
Place fiber, copper, and coax cables through new and occupied conduit
Work in an outdoor environment during all times of the year
Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience (REQUIRED)
Valid driver's license (REQUIRED; CDL preferred)
Must be physically able to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and wield tools
