Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and be a valid driver with minimal points
Job Description
Prep, tray and splice fiber optic cable ranging from 12 count to 432 count cables.
Identify and access fibers in any existing splice enclosure.
Perform mid-sheath and splice in an active network.
Install termination panels in customer premise.
Perform testing duties using an OTDR, power meters, fiber identifier.
Dress and install aerial splice enclosures properly.
Dress and install underground enclosures properly.
Communicate all information to supervisor in a clear and timely manner.
Communicate with customers with professionalism.
