Qualifications
Pass background (Clear of misdemeanor within 5 years and felony within 15 years), pass drug screen, valid Driver's license
Other Requirements
Must have your own truck, van, or suv along with your own personal tools. Specialty tools can be purchased from Kablelink with a 10% weekly payback until paid off. Must be able to carry commercial insurance on your vehicle. Must be proficient with using hand tools, be able to navigate through attics and crawl spaces.
Job Description
• Residential or commercial assignments for Spectrum Customers.
• Follow job specification standards, policies, and codes.
• Connect equipment (televisions, computers and other devices)
• Maintain, secure, and account for equipment.
• Complete essential paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide customer-specific instruction and demonstration to use equipment, remote controls, video on demand, and pay-per-view channels.
Work hours
Full-time work week can vary on days and hours. Weekends are in high demand and required
Apprenticeship and Orientations are on a rolling weekly start, so you don't have to wait to get started! Mentoring program is 4 weeks with compensation.
