Licensed Alarm Installation Tech - Tallahassee, FL

$17+ per hr, depending on experience


Must be able to provide state required license to install security systems. Experience with the following preferred: Honeywell Fire and Security Systems, DMP Systems, Access Control, and/or CCTV. Successful completion of training and/or certification programs. Flexible schedule and the ability to travel. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication. Valid driver's license required. Attention to detail.

Other Requirements

Operational hours 7:00 a.m. through the completion of all required work orders. Days may vary based on customer scheduling requirements. Required to complete job assignments for each day prior to completion of operational hours.

Job Description

Installation and Service of commercial security systems, including card access and CCTV systems.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and replacing wiring/equipment as needed.
Install proprietary apps on customers mobile devices.
Provide customer education on all products and services and answer any and all questions about the installation or services.
Submit dailies, work orders and necessary paperwork completely and in a timely manner on a daily basis.
Conform with and abide by all SAFETY requirements, regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
Maintain a clean vehicle and workspace at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
