Job Description and Responsibilities :

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the creation, organization, and manipulation, and output of all data to support service process and system change to achieve execution of project deliverables.


Primary Responsibilities:

Provide analytical, project, systems and data support by creating and distributing reports to reflect short-term and long-term business decisions, goals, plans, and outcomes

Monitors, analyze and maintain master data in support of service business processes

Build and update data fields related to each individual project scope

Review data weekly for potential data errors; identify and resolve all issues

Manipulate and transfer data as needed to maintain an accurate database and trackers

Interact with respective members of management to assist in taking data related milestones

Pull data from specific databases and trackers to assist management with site specific information

Respond to employee questions regarding data, assist with the extraction and manipulation, and create custom reports as requested

Advise customer of data updates in collaboration with Sr. Management and PMO Manager

Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements :


Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Programming certification preferred, but not required


Soft Skills:

Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Highly organized and detail orientated


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing

Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions

May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

Sitting at a computer desk for 6-8 hours a day
