Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in cable television, data, and digital telephone products and services.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree and/or Technical Certification in related technical field
preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required. Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening.
Able to supervise and motivate personnel. Prepare and conduct on-the-job and other training.
Job Description
• Supervise assigned personnel (employee and independent contractor) to ensure field technicians maintain superior levels of productivity, customer service and compliance with company quality and safety policies.
• Interacts with MSO Operations management to ensure routes are assigned to technicians in an efficient and timely manner. Reviews metrics to identify areas for improvement. Reviews Billing for correctness.
• Ensures timely completion of all orders for installation/service and/or proper notification of delays. Works closely with MSO operations management and dispatch to identify and resolve issues resulting in late or incomplete work orders.
• Conducts training in the installation and servicing of cable television, data, and digital telephone products and services for technicians and other related field personnel.
• Inspects and records the quality of work of employees and contractors. Communicates with field technicians and management concerning quality, safety and other pertinent information as needed.
• Works with customers to resolve installation/service related complaints, and damage claims, including the quality of service and technician conduct.
• Ensures that all company property in use by employees and contractors is properly inventoried, utilized and maintained. Conducts vehicle inspections and report issues to the Fleet Manager.
