Technicians must be experience in Cable installation and Service, technicians must be able to perform all aspects of installation and service
Other Requirements
All potential techs would need to passing background check and drug screen
General expectations are as follows:
Must have white professional vehicles, preferably vans or pick up trucks with ladder racks
Must have DOCSIS signal Level meter
Must be willing to work the schedule provided by MSO, must supply own tools, safety equipment and ladders

General expectations are as follows:
White professional vehicles, preferably vans or pick up trucks with ladder racks
DOCSIS signal meters capable of ingress testing (XM1 or XM2 preferred)
Collard golf style shirt
Generally 120-150 completed points per day
General a 5 or 6 day work schedule
Daily use of billing and job closure applications
Care for customer performance metrics (Rework, CSAT, Premise/Device Health, On-time arrivals, etc)
Weekly CPE reconciliation
General expectations are as follows:
