Qualifications
Approximately 6 years of Lineman work • Approximately 3 years of experience as a crew leader

Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
Leads crews in installing aerial and/or underground fiber utilities by demonstrating company values and an expectation of safety to the team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee field operations with crew leaders
• Complete quality inspections
• Track and log crew member’s time
• Complete daily Redlines and production reports
• Complete field safety inspections of crew
• Report daily’s to Supervisor
• Perform other tasks as requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking and driving
• Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• Assume responsibility for work outcomes and results of other workers.
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
• When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and life jackets
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Approximately 6 years of Lineman work

All candidates agree to complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screen.
Nationwide - Full time travel. Rotation home every 3rd weekend.
