Job Description
Cross Centered Communications LLC.
We are currently in need of an Aerial Lineman for work in Montgomery County and surrounding couties. The aerial lineman will act as foreman to a three-man crew (including yourself as Foreman), working in an outside plant environment. As the Aerial Lineman, you'll install lines and cables (including fiber) using a bucket (Cable Placer) truck.

Duties & Responsibilities
Properly climb poles and safely use ladders
Operate construction equipment
Operate hydraulic aerial lifts and ladders mounted to trucks
Place aerial coax, fiber, and strand
Understanding of separation and clearance regulations
Read and interpret Engineering/Design Maps
Keep a detailed record of work activity and communication with supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Pole Transfers, all types
Knowledge in coax, aerial and fiber construction
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Must pass a background check
Valid driver's license required
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must be willing to travel
