Job Description
The Lead Lineman is responsible for leading a crew in building, repairing and maintaining poles, cables, and their supports; and conduits for cables. The position also involves the running of fiber optic (FlexNAP) cable in the communication and power space, in underground infrastructure, working in manholes, ISP work, and whatever duties assigned. Lead Lineman is responsible for maintaining the safety of the crew.

Responsibilities:
A Low Voltage Lineman (Fiber Optic/COAX/Copper) will do and fulfill the following requirements:
Install aerial fiber optic cable, COAX, and twisted pair copper telephone cables
Climb poles to access aerial cables
Outside plant experience is preferred
Deep knowledge of lashing equipment and roadway experience
Work will include bucket truck operations
Must be punctual, responsible and well organized
Must be able to track and communicate daily production and materials
Must be capable of handling logistics and crew assignments
Must be able to instruct others in a clear concise manner regarding work and expectations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferable
Candidate must have minimum of 5+ years experience as a low voltage aerial lineman to be qualified for the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
