Job Description
The purpose of this position is to oversee technicians and ensure quality service is being performed. The Field Supervisor is responsible for coordination, delegation, supervision and quality control of onsite work including responsibility for performance and productivity of all crew members and accuracy of all related documentation.
Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in coax, copper, and fiber placement and splicing. You must send resume to qualify.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate with local management on daily responsibilities
Ability to plan, layout, and supervise the activities of a large working unit involving a large staff of subordinates and crews performing varied tasks
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Understand, train and enforce proper documentation of pay activities (work orders, timesheets, etc.)
Provide exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, subordinate supervisors and technicians, and instill technicians with professional, customer service driven attitude
Assist local management as directed with goal setting, production, efficiently solving issues with customers, technician scheduling, and morale, etc.
Ensure Field employees have the proper tools, training on tools, and safety gear to succeed at all times
Responsible for safety and vehicle inspections
Adhere to safety policies and lead by example
Accurately document correspondence with customers
All other duties as assigned

Highly organized and detail orientated
Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
Individuals must have a valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
