Job Description

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of all data entry, trackers and programs related to the status of ongoing projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain all trackers and programs (system) - Google docs
Enter data regarding aerial, underground, and splicing information into appropriate trackers/programs, and flag incorrect information for further review
Assist with creation of maps and drawings for construction and maintenance crews
Input, update, and close work orders in company database/trackers/programs
Other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma plus 1-2 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
Experience working in the telecommunications industry preferred, but not required
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Proficient utilizing Google Documents
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal ,verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Individuals must have a valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
