Qualifications
• Experience with DAS installation of MobileAccess, Commscope, TE Connectivity equipment.
• Anritsu sweep testing methods
• Working knowledge of iBwave software
• Adherence to NEC and BICSI standards necessary
• Basic understanding of PIM Testing theory
• Direct work experience in DAS project management capacity
• Proficient in project management software
• Qualification in DAS project management or equivalent
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Other Requirements
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Certification in Commscope, MobileAccess, and TE Connectivity a plus
• Familiarity with fiber optic cable structure and splicing
TRAVEL
• Travel from home with multiple overnight stays is required with this position.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License during the term of employment.

Job Description
The DAS Project Manager will be responsible for the full implementation of DAS projects. The DAS Project Manager will be on site for the duration of each project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Lead the planning and implementation of DAS projects
• Define project tasks, goals, and resource requirements with full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Daily reporting of project status to all stakeholders
• Track daily project production and materials inventory
• Provide day to day On-site direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor for quality assurance
• Collect and assemble all project data for Close-Out Packages

• Proven experience in people management
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
