Pay
Pay is based on production. The more and faster you can get work done the more you get paid. We pay weekly, every Friday. Of course there wont be a check the first week.
Qualifications
Looking for 1 crew at first. Good crew should be about 3 to 4 guys. Need a Lead/Foremen and some ground hands. Lead/Foremen, you are required to know how to read prints and do the work to spec. Experience is a big plus. Grounds hands need to be able to climb poles, move ladders, pull fiber. Everyone is to have a valid drivers license. This job DOES NOT REQUIRE A CDL.
Other Requirements
You are required to have all your own personal climbing gear. Other then that we supply truck and other necessary qui we provide.
Job Description
This is pretty normal aerial communication work. Might have to pull underground from time to time. I will be happy to discuss our pricing if you are interested.
