Cable Television, Internet and Phone Installation and Troubleshooting
Our Dedicated technicians provide the finest in quality workmanship and customer relations. All are uniformed, and utilize fully equipped company owned vehicles.
Our technicians are supported by our in-house dispatch and customer service departments; they also have adequate field support provided by their assigned field supervisor.
Candidates should be Self-Motivated, Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team setting. Possess a strong work ethic, Good troubleshooting skills, Be able to retain knowledge, Excellent customer service skills, A desire to put in a full day's work using both skill and efficiency, be available to work a flexible 7 day work week.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast pace environment
• Strong computer skills / computer literate
• Excellent communication skills: Must have solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
• Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
