We only want experienced technicians at this time. If not SBCA certified, we will get you certified.

We supply what you need. You must pass a full background check and drug screen.

I am sure everyone knows what this is. But the difference that may have you decide to join our organization or to get back into the business is below:

You will be hired as an employee. You will not be 1099. What does this mean?

We supply the truck, industry tools, and training you need.
We supply full support when you go to the field, you are not on your own.
We pay for your gas used to work throughout the day.
We offer full Health/Dental/Vision benefits (after 60-90 days).
We supply the mobile device needed to receive and complete work.
We supply the consumable materials (cable/fittings/etc.).
We pay the required employment taxes on your wages.
We supply the Workers Comp/liability/Auto insurance required.
We issue the initial set of uniform shirts required.
We issue all safety equipment and ladders.

An average (speed) tech will make $6-800 per week (5 days). Top techs will make in excess of $1000 per week.
