Job Description
Pensacola, FL – Trap Removal Project
This is a great entry level position for a hard working, motivated, self-starter, familiarity with outside coaxial communications plant preferred. All technicians are started as 1099 Contractors, allowing for greater income and savings potential for all involved. We are a fast paced company with room for advancement, for the right candidates.
No project specific experience? If experience is your only set back, speak with us and we’ll determine if our training classes are fit for you, our project trainers will train one on one to get you familiar with the details, as a part of our evaluation opportunity!
DESCRIPTION:
Remove traps from customer listed address database via provided android application. Includes use of ladder (up to 32’), climbing ladder, carrying ladder, using protective safety equipment, hard hat in aerial, underground and multiple dwelling units (mdu) applications. 12 step documentation process that includes photographic documentation and button selection before and after trap removal process. Including "Add-Ons".
REQUIRED:
Experienced with coaxial cabling and termination, installations, willingness to learn
Motivated, self starter, weatherproof
Dependable vehicle capable of hauling 12’+ ladder
28'-32' fiberglass extension ladder (w/ pole & strand gear attachments), along with climbing safety gear
SUPPLIED:

EXPECTATIONS:
We expect everyone we work with to strive for excellence using consistent, quality, intelligent work practices. We expect every effort in completing tasks on time and correctly. Our technicians currently remove between 50-100 coax traps from customer drops each day in similar markets, individually. Areas and access environments vary daily. Approximately 10 minutes per location is expected. High production results in greater pay!
