Qualifications
Must have a high school degree minimum, higher education a plus. A minimum 5 years experience in underground CATV experience with heavy fiber experience a big plus. Job requires a self-motivated person who is detailed oriented and communicates well both with the public as well as crews and office personnel. Must be able to read and understand construction prints. Must not be afraid as well as be able to jump in and help out when needed. Aerial and coax splicing experience a big plus.
Other Requirements
All tools, equipment and vehicles will be provided, other than work clothes.
Job Description
Job requires coordinating multiple crews, both in-house and sub-contract, managing attendance and production records, verify field conditions, QC crew work and verify billing. Ensure complaints or issues in the field are addressed in an expedient and courteous manner. Job is a hands-on position; you will be expected to jump in and help out when needed. Job requires a complete understanding of construction prints and the ability to ensure placement of conduit and fiber is to the design. This is a FTTP project which requires careful attention to details. Lots of room for growth for the right individual.
