Pay
Technicians: Tier 1 pay for NC $95, TC/SC $60 and DISHNet $115 .Pay is weekly, 1 week out with Direct deposit option. Plus 100% commission on Smart Home Sales. FSM: TBD, HIRING BONUS OF $250 AFTER 60 DAYS OF WORK (maintaining tier 2 metrics)
Qualifications
Must have DirecTV/Dish Network/Cable experience. Good communication skills are important part of the job. We offer a professional, positive and profitable experience for all. Opportunities for growth. FSM: prior management experience required in Dish Network industry.
Other Requirements
Must have Truck/Van/SUV. We provide all the equipment to be installed and training. Candidates must have a valid driver license and pass background check.
Job Description
1. Plans installations by evaluating location, locating line of sight, laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
2. Establishes satellite system by installing dish and receivers, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment, adhering to codes, regulations and standards.
3. Verifies system by testing equipment and connections; identifying and correcting problems.
4. Activate the customer's service and incorporate customers existing equipment.
5. Repairs service by listening to customer's description of problems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems by replacing and/or upgrading components.
6. Communicate with the customer and ensure that the customer thoroughly understands how to work the system.
