Qualifications
1-3 years previous I&R experience doing pots and DSL. Excellent customer service skills. Century Link experience required in some areas.
Other Requirements
Qualified technicians must have their own truck/ Van / SUV and basic hand tools, along with any meters necessary to complete res/bus pots and DSL installations. These techs should have any ladders necessary to perform aerial work. A laptop and or cell phone may be required. Along with all safety equipment required to do the job. Must also clear background and drug screen

Multipal locations in Virginia (must know Splicing).
Job Description
I&R Technicians are engaged with performing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed Internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. Additionally maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas.
Responsibilities
•Observe all safety rules and regulations.
Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed).
•Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures).
•Assume all other duties as assigned.
Technician must have own Truck, Van 0r SUV with Ladder Rack
Technician will provide their own tools to perform their job.
Technician will provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the position. Lace up boots with a defined 1/2 inch heel, Hard hat, Reflective Safety vest, Fall resistor (harness). Safety Cones. Other equipment may be required by local Management.
